Delivery & Returns
How shipping, self-collection, returns and refunds work for orders on sonnelight.com.
Delivery rates
Standard delivery is SGD 4.90 within Singapore mainland and arrives in 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery is free for orders of SGD 100 and above.
Next-day delivery is SGD 25.90, on working days only. Orders placed by 2pm on a working day are eligible.
All delivery prices include 9% GST. We deliver to Singapore addresses only. Outlying areas (Jurong Island, Sentosa, restricted-access military zones) may require additional arrangements; we will contact you if your address falls in one of these zones.
Self-collection
Self-collection from our warehouse is free, by appointment. Please wait for our message before turning up.
Address: 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238. Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You can choose self-collection at the cart page during checkout. We will WhatsApp you when your order is ready, usually within one working day.
Installation
Installation is not included with any delivery option. Sonnelight ships fixtures and accessories only. Please arrange your own licensed electrician or contractor for installation work.
Returns and exchanges (change of mind)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or self-collection, whichever is later. Products must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging, including any protective wrap used for delivery
- Free of dents, scratches, or other damage, and fit for resale
- Complete with all parts, components, manuals, stickers, and labels
Any free gifts or discounted items bundled with the returned product must be returned together, in the same condition. If they cannot be returned, the regular retail price of the gift will be charged.
Shipping the return back to us is at your cost. Please contact us first to arrange the return. Once we receive and accept the return, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned items, which you can use on a future order. We do not process cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Problems with your order
The change-of-mind policy above does not apply if there is a problem with your order. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have:
- Damaged items or damaged packaging
- Missing items from your delivery
- Received the wrong items
- Have not received your order within the stated lead time
WhatsApp or email us with photos and your order number and we will sort it out.
Faulty products
Products that develop a fault after delivery are covered by our warranty policy. Please refer to that page for the claim process.
Refunds
We do not issue cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Accepted returns are credited to your account as store credit.
Cash refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd, and may be subject to an administrative fee.
