Products

What types of lighting do you carry?

We stock recessed downlights, track lights, magnetic track systems, LED strips, surface-mounted downlights, wall lamps, and light bulbs. Our range covers residential, commercial, and office applications.

Do you carry smart or dimmable lighting?

Yes. Many of our fixtures are compatible with dimmers and smart home systems. Let us know your setup and we'll recommend compatible products.

What colour temperatures are available?

Most of our fixtures come in warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K), and daylight (6500K). Some products offer tunable white or multiple CCT options.

Can I get samples before ordering in bulk?

Yes, you're welcome to visit our showroom to see products in person. For project orders, we can arrange samples on a case-by-case basis.

Do you carry branded or OEM products?

We carry a curated selection of quality fixtures from established manufacturers. Every product is tested and vetted by our team before it goes on our shelves.

Pricing & Orders

How do I get a quotation?

Send us your lighting plan or requirements via WhatsApp. We'll prepare a quotation within 1-2 working days. For larger projects, we can arrange a consultation.

Do you offer trade or project pricing?

Yes. Interior designers, contractors, and developers qualify for trade pricing. Contact us with your project details for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, PayNow, and cash. For larger project orders, we can arrange milestone-based payment schedules.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order for retail purchases. Project orders may have minimum quantities depending on the product. We'll advise when quoting.

Installation & Technical

Do you provide installation services?

We can recommend trusted electricians and contractors for installation. While we don't install directly, we work closely with tradespeople and can coordinate on your behalf.

Can you help me plan the lighting layout for my space?

Yes. Share your floor plan and ceiling details with us, and we'll suggest fixture types, quantities, and placement. This service is complimentary for project orders.

What's the difference between recessed and surface-mounted downlights?

Recessed downlights sit flush within the ceiling, requiring a false ceiling with adequate depth. Surface-mounted downlights attach directly to the ceiling surface, making them ideal for exposed concrete or low ceilings.

Do magnetic track lights work with any track system?

Magnetic track lights are designed for specific track profiles. Our magnetic track system is a complete solution: tracks and fixtures are matched and sold together to ensure compatibility.

Showroom & Visits

Where is your showroom?

We're at 24 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089131. It's a short walk from Outram Park MRT (EW/NE line).

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome during our opening hours: Mon to Sun, 10am to 7pm (excluding public holidays).

Can I see all your products at the showroom?

The showroom displays our full range of fixtures in various settings so you can evaluate light output, colour temperature, and build quality firsthand.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do your products come with?

All our lighting products come with a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products carry extended warranties. We'll confirm the specific terms at point of purchase.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Custom or cut-to-length products (e.g., LED strips) are non-returnable.

What if a product is defective?

Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement or repair under warranty within 3-5 working days.
