1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sonnelight website (sonnelight.com) and the purchase of products from Sonnelight, a brand of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN: 197800377M). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted for project orders are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to display accurate product information, slight variations in colour, dimensions, and specifications may occur between displayed and actual products.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept bank transfer, PayNow, and cash payment. For project orders, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order, with the balance due before delivery or collection.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Singapore only. Standard delivery times are 3-7 working days for in-stock items. Custom or indent orders may take 2-6 weeks. Delivery charges apply and will be quoted at point of order. Self-collection from our showroom is available at no charge.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Custom products, cut-to-length items (e.g., LED strips), and installed products are non-returnable. Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed within 7-14 working days.

6. Warranty

7. Limitation of Liability

Sonnelight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
