Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

Sonnelight warrants all lighting products sold through our official channels against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

2. Warranty Period

All lighting fixtures: 1 year from date of purchase. LED drivers and transformers: 1 year from date of purchase. Light bulbs: 6 months from date of purchase. Installation workmanship (where applicable): 6 months from date of installation.

3. What Is Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal function of the product, including premature LED failure, driver malfunction, and physical defects present at time of purchase.

4. What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, water damage, or modification. Normal wear and tear including gradual LED lumen depreciation. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

5. Claim Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), a description of the issue, and photographs or video showing the defect. We will assess and respond within 1-2 working days. Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

6. Limitations

Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Sonnelight's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
